2. Products & Custom Orders

All products are subject to availability.

  • Many of our items are custom-made displays and graphics
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve artwork before production

Once artwork is approved and production begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing at any time
  • Correct errors in pricing or product descriptions

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

4. Shipping

Free shipping is included on all orders (as part of our Promo Display Supply promise).

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, designs, logos, and text—is the property of Promo Display Supply and may not be used without permission.

Customers confirm they have the rights to any artwork submitted for printing.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Issues arising from improper use of products

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
